Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Bribery
Offering, promising, giving, requesting, or accepting anything of value to improperly influence a business decision.
Kickbacks
Receiving or providing money, gifts, benefits, or favors in exchange for favorable treatment.
Facilitation Payments
Making unofficial payments to expedite routine government or business processes.
Improper Gifts and Hospitality
Providing or accepting gifts, entertainment, meals, travel, or other benefits intended to influence a business decision.
Gifts and Hospitality
Reasonable and occasional gifts or hospitality may be acceptable when they:

Cash gifts or cash equivalents are not permitted under any circumstances.
Reporting Concerns
Anyone who suspects bribery, corruption, unethical conduct, or any violation of this policy is encouraged to report the matter immediately.

Non-Retaliation
Pak Keong Food Industries prohibits retaliation against any individual who reports concerns in good faith.
Employees and stakeholders who raise genuine concerns will be treated fairly and protected from victimization, discrimination, harassment, or adverse consequences.
Policy Violations
Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, termination of employment, termination of contracts, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.
